You are entitle with a 1 year limited warranty for selected G-Tech products. Refer to our video on how you can enjoy this wonderful benefits !
Complete all required field and click Send. Our ‘reel expert’ will contact you immediately once we have receive your product for warranty claim.

Eastern Fishing Tackle (M) Sdn. Bhd. is the authorized distributor for G-Tech products in Malaysia and hereinafter referred as G-Tech.
G-Tech warrants to the original purchaser that this reel will be free from non-comformities in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year effect from the date of purchase.
G-TECH REELS
During this period, G-Tech will perform repairs or effected replacement of reels, at G-Tech option, will no cost to the original purchaser other than those shipping fees incurred to our service facility.
G-Tech reserves the rights to reject or void the warranty should any of the above items/ requirements not be met. Please note that any tempering or false declarations made in the card will deem the warranty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reels are entitle to a one (1) year limited warranty subject to Terms and Conditions applied.
- Limited warranty includes :
Spinning reel – Drive Gear, Pinion Gear, Oscillating Gear(OS Gear) and Slider.Casting reel – Thumb Clutch Cam and Line Roller.In case of manufacturing defects, consumers may entitle to a one to one replacement.
- Warranty will be VOID if the reel has been subjected to unauthorized alterations, abuse or damaged by your failure to provide necessary & reasonable maintenance.
- Consumers must remove all lines from reels before send it for repair, G-Tech Service Centre Will not held responsible for any damages or loss for any lines.
- G-Tech Service Centre will not held responsible for any damage on parts that are not original / have been altered from our original products during repair process. Reels with original warranty sticker are qualified for our warranty program.
- Reels with original warranty sticker are qualified for our warranty program.
- All shipping costs for the repair warranty of G-Tech Models Rods / Reels are to be borne by the buyer.

PRODUCT UNDER E-CARE WARRANTY PROGRAM REPAIR PROCEDURE
- Product Inspection Our reel expert diagnosed any problem on your reel. We will contact you to inform you about the problem.
- Payment If there were any parts that are not under our E-Care Warranty Program, we will inform you the amount to be pay including shipping charges back to your premises and labour charge.
- Repair Begin Once payment received, we will start our repair process as soon as possible and mail it back to you. Enjoy your Fantastic Fishing Experience
