1. Reels are entitle to a one (1) year limited warranty, get a free 1 time service. 2. G-Tech Expert will perform services with no cost other than shipping fees incurred to our service facility. 3. If any chances our expert diagnose any defect parts, we immediately contact you for additional reparation. 4. Repair will be free if the products is still under 1 year Limited Warranty. You are entitled for a 50% discount on parts that are not under warranty program. 5. Additional reparation will get confirmation from consumers and repair will be done once payment received. |
